About the Course
Biblical Leadership

Some students have a natural bent toward leadership; but the ability to lead is something which can be learned and honed. Godly leaders are needed and can be developed. The purpose of this course is to lay a strong foundation as to what Biblical leadership looks like. It is also to understand that each of us leads, whether in our home with siblings, in a youth organization, down the road as a mother or father, in business, or the church. We explore what the Bible teaches about leadership by examining the life of Jesus, and others in Scripture, and by reading and discussing a Biblical leadership book. We also talk about personality types and discuss how to adjust as we lead with personality in mind. The hope is that students will be better prepared to step into a leadership role when given the opportunity, and will lead wisely.

We use the Bible, and the text: "Biblical Leadership - Becoming a Different Kind of Leader" by Ken Collier and Matt Williams.

On Amazon it is $9.99. https://www.amazon.com/Biblical-Leadership-Becoming-Different-Leader/dp/1932307214/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1609813767&sr=8-4
